On August 28, 2018, the application of Lu'an Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. ("Lu'an Industrial Investment") was officially approved by the Asset Management Association of China to register as a private equity fund manager.

Lu'an Industrial Investment is a fund management company established by the Lu'an government to tighten the operation and management of state-owned capital investments and to ensure the lawful operation of the Lu'an Industrial Investment Fund. This management company is the first wholly state-owned fund company to be registered as a private equity fund manager in Lu'an. The company will serve the economy in accordance with its market-oriented operation mode.

As legal counsel to Lu'an Industrial Investment in its registration as a private equity fund manager, DeHeng set up a project team led by Li Xiaoxin, partner of DeHeng Hefei office, and including lawyers Zhang Lei and Tian Duoyu, who provided professional, high-quality, and efficient services.
