Recently, Beijing REIT Technology Development Co., Ltd. ("Beijing REIT") was officially floated on the NASDAQ in the United States under the stock code of "RETO". DeHeng provided professional, comprehensive, and high-quality legal services for the project.

Beijing REIT, established in 1999, provides integrated solutions for the comprehensive utilization of solid waste as resources, ecologicalisation in urban and rural areas, and comprehensive treatment of mine tailings. It mainly provides domestic and foreign users with large-scale automated solid waste utilization equipment and relevant technologies, and eco-friendly materials. Its business covers the markets in China, North America, India, Africa, and the Middle East. Beijing REIT's holding company, REIT Eco-solutions Co., Ltd. ("REIT Eco-solutions"), has established a dozen of subsidiaries in China, India, United Arab Emirates, the United States, and South Africa. It is a professional integrated group company whose business ranges from the R&D and the manufacturing of equipment, the production and application of environment-friendly building materials, to the urban greening construction.

As the underwriter's lawyers, the DeHeng team, led by partner Li Guangxin and paralegal Qi Hui of the Beijing office, partners Yan Zheng, and Liu Shuang of the Jinan office, provided legal services for the floatation of Beijing REIT on NASDAQ in the United States.

In addition, the project team recently helped Qingdao Tian Di Hui Food Co., Ltd. (stock code "PETZ") and Yantai Newater Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code "NEWA") to list on the NASDAQ on September 21, 2017 and July 28, 2017 respectively.
