Hu Canlian – Partner, DeHeng Law Offices (Beijing)
Hu specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities, and private equity investment. She has been recognized as a Legal 500 “Rising Star” in Real Estate and Construction and nominated for IFLR1000’s “Best Rising Star of the Year” in Capital Markets – Beijing region. Familiar with laws, regulations and policies on M&A, restructuring and corporate securities and boasting extensive project experience, Hu provides clients with tailored legal solutions and high-quality legal support by integrating her deep understanding of regulations with practical project insights. She has been responsible for and participated in dozens of financing and M&A, significant asset restructuring of listed companies, refinancing of listed companies, and IPO projects, covering various industries such as finance, semiconductors, new energy, environmental technology, electricity, engineering, and real estate.
Lily Liang – Partner, DeHeng Law Offices (Hong Kong)
Lily Liang focuses on cross-border debt issuance, cross-border financing and investment, IPOs, and fund formation. With over 10 years of experience in international capital markets, she serves as the lead partner for debt capital markets practice of DeHeng Law Offices (Hong Kong). She is a qualified Hong Kong lawyer and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Liang’s accolades include being named an Asialaw CSE “Outstanding Lawyer in Banking and Finance” in 2021 and a Thomson Reuters “Outstanding Lawyer” in 2022.
Liang earns widespread recognition from both the legal and financial industries as well as clients for her integrity, compliance, and commitment to the job. In 2023, she led her team in providing international legal counsel for nearly 80 overseas bond issuances by Chinese municipal investment entities, with a combined issuance value exceeding RMB 41 billion (equivalent). Wang Haohan – Partner, DeHeng Law Offices (Wuxi)
Wang specializes in banking and finance, commercial dispute resolution, debt acquisition, asset acquisition, and construction and real estate. Serving as legal counsel for several financial institutions and enterprises, Wang has handled many significant litigation, arbitration, and non-contentious dispute resolution cases. Wang also serves as Vice Chair of the Financial Securities and Insurance Futures Committee of the Wuxi Lawyers Association. He has been recognized as an “Outstanding Young Lawyer” and an “Outstanding Financial Securities and Insurance Lawyer” in Wuxi.
