• Litigation Cases
• Acting as the attorney for the plaintiff, Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group Co., Ltd., in a construction contract dispute lawsuit against the defendant, Jiangxi Geological Engineering (Group) Corporation, the court ruled in favor of the plaintiff after first-instance, second-instance, and enforcement proceedings, securing the full recovery of RMB 6,142,535.9 in liquidated damages from the defendant, while the defendant's counterclaim for outstanding project payments was dismissed.
• In the first-instance contract dispute case brought by Guangxi Anjia Wanjia Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd. against Guangxi Grain Logistics Industrial Park Co., Ltd., the plaintiff claimed RMB 8,801,596.53 in investment promotion agency fees, liquidated damages, and other costs. Acting as counsel for the defendant, through meticulous case preparation and evidentiary responses, the first-instance court only held the defendant liable for RMB 800,000 in damages.
• Acting as the attorney for the plaintiff, Guangxi Water Conservancy and Electric Power Industry Xinjiang Kezhou Water Conservancy Power Generation Co., Ltd., in a construction project dispute arising from the Bulunkou-Gongger Hydropower Station project in Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang - a project with an investment of RMB 2.3 billion - the case involved over ten tunnel construction teams from the defendant, Guangdong Yuantian Engineering Company. After strenuous and excellent negotiations, the case was successfully resolved through court-mediated settlement, leading to the smooth removal of the previous construction teams and removing a major obstacle to the hydropower station project.
• Acting as the attorney for Tianlin County Naxin Water Conservancy Power Generation Co., Ltd. in first-instance, second-instance, and enforcement proceedings against China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd., successfully recovered overpaid project payments and liquidated damages totaling RMB 12,212,352.29.

• Representative Projects
• Provided full-process legal services for Guangxi Dadu Investment Co., Ltd. in its acquisition of equity interests in three companies—Chengdu Tong'anda Industrial Co., Ltd., Chengdu Tong'anda Logistics Co., Ltd., and Chengdu Tong'anda Investment Co., Ltd. - including but not limited to due diligence, issuance of legal opinions, and drafting of acquisition contracts and other legal documents.

• Bond Issuance
• Issued a legal opinion for Nanning Wuxiang New Area Construction Investment Co., Ltd. regarding the listing of its 2020 annual 1.7 billion RMB debt financing plan on the Beijing Financial Assets Exchange, which subsequently resulted in a successful issuance of RMB 667 million.
• Issued a legal opinion for Guangxi Fusui County Urban Development and Investment Co., Ltd. regarding its issuance of corporate bonds not exceeding 500 million RMB in 2019.

• Corporate Bankruptcy and Rescue
• As the head of the administrator team for Baise Rongda Copper Industry Co., Ltd. (the “debtor”), led the bankruptcy liquidation of a heavily polluting debtor. For the first time, under voluntary conditions, established a precedent by allocating the creditor’s distribution proceeds received by shareholder-creditors to the competent authority for ecological environment governance. The quality and effectiveness of the case were highly praised by both the accepting court and the local government.
• As the head of the liquidation team for Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Machinery Industry General Supply and Marketing Corporation, led the compulsory liquidation of the company. After the case entered bankruptcy proceedings, the bankruptcy reorganization was successfully completed, long-standing employee issues were properly resolved, and the company was successfully rescued.
• Participated as a core member in the administrator team for the bankruptcy liquidation of Guangxi Mingli Chemical Co., Ltd., and successfully concluded the case, with the legal services receiving high acclaim from the presiding court.
