Longjun YANG

Mr. YANG previously served with the Guangxi State Taxation Bureau, where he was honored with titles such as “Model of Taxpayer Service” at the municipal level and ranked among the “Top 10 Model Practitioners of Taxpayer Service” at the provincial level within the Guangxi Tax System. Since commencing his legal practice, Mr. Yang has handled a substantial number of tax audit cases spanning diverse industries, including finance, pharmaceuticals, logistics, mining, timber processing, real estate, construction engineering, and import-export trade. He currently serves as the retained permanent legal counsel for multiple municipal-level taxation bureaus within the autonomous region, and possesses extensive hands-on experience in tax practice as well as in-depth proficiency in tax operations and compliance.

Primary Areas of Practice: Tax compliance management, tax structure optimisation, tax risk prevention and control, tax audit defence, tax risk early warning and crisis management, civil and commercial legal disputes involving tax matters, and criminal defense in tax-related cases.
