• Enforcement Applicant: Guangxi Baise Fudi Enterprise Investment Co., Ltd. & Bank of Beibu Gulf Co., Ltd. Nanning Branch v. Shanghai Yingtong Electric Power Fuel Co., Ltd. & Yinhai Wanxiang (Dalian) Co., Ltd. - Financial loan contract dispute, subject amount RMB 115 million. After six years of proceedings, securing the recovery of claims exceeding RMB 100 million. In July 2026, the Guangxi High People's Court issued a ruling on offsetting debt with property, ensuring the realization of over RMB 100 million in claims for the state-owned enterprise client through the agent's specialized representation.
• Arbitration on behalf of the Applicant, Nanning Kechuang Tianhou No. 2 Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) v. Respondents Shenzhen CDN Network Co., Ltd. and Gui XX - Equity transfer dispute arbitration (private equity fund valuation adjustment mechanism (VAM) / “bet-on” agreement), subject matter RMB 50 million.
• Legal Opinion Services for Guangxi Investment Guidance Fund Co., Ltd. - Rendered legal opinions on its investment in the first QFLP fund outside Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone, namely Guangxi Liugong Huasheng Venture Capital Fund, and on major matters including the establishment of Guangxi Artificial Intelligence Industry Fund (total subscribed capital of RMB 3.3 billion, a fund under close attention of the CPC Guangxi Committee and the Guangxi Government) on behalf of fiscal capital contribution. Subsequently honored with the title of “Outstanding Legal Counsel” by Guangxi Investment Guidance Fund Co., Ltd.
• On behalf of Guangxi Xinze Capital Management Co., Ltd. - Acted as agent for Guangxi Xinze Capital Management Co., Ltd. (fund manager) in a fund contract dispute with a Baise-based company (LP) in Guangxi. The applicant LP sought contract rescission and refund of subscription funds. Despite the adverse presence of a shortfall cover clause, leveraged professional expertise to present thorough arguments and secure a full victory for the GP, with the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration the SCIA ultimately dismissed all of the LP’s claims.
• On behalf of Guangxi State Farms Group Co., Ltd. - Led a 10-lawyer team to form a special legal service task force, completing the due diligence investigation and acquisition plan design and legal analysis for Guangxi State Farms Group's proposed acquisition of a listed company (backdoor listing reverse takeover), with a total project value of approximately RMB 1.1 billion.
• On behalf of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau - Engaged for two consecutive years to provide specialized legal services for compliance inspections of 13 exchanges/ trading venues within the autonomous region.
