• Represented Mr. Peng in a construction contract dispute against an engineering company in Jiangsu (involved amount nearly RMB 200 million, reported by Focus Talk).
• Represented an asset management company in a construction dispute execution supervision case against a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Supreme People's Court) (establishing the rule for separate auction of land and buildings).
• Represented Nantong No.2 Construction in a construction contract dispute against a Shanxi engineering company (breaking the practice of "trial by appraisal," achieving a complete reversal in the second instance).
• Represented Mr. Fang and Mr. Wang in responding to a U.S. California court case regarding enforcement of a foreign award (provided Chinese law expert opinion for the client's cross-border litigation, reducing potential losses by approximately RMB 390 million).
• Represented a Tianjin technology company in overseas enforcement cases across multiple jurisdictions including the U.S., New Zealand, and Hong Kong (successfully recovered tens of millions of US dollars cross-border).
• Represented a Tianjin real estate company in a dispute over construction land use rights against the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources (obtained compensation nearly RMB 100 million).
