• Bequest Dispute
• Represented the client in a huge inheritance and bequest dispute case with a subject matter of 3 billion yuan, successfully safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the client. This case was awarded the "Remarkable" rating in the LegalOne Merits by LegalOne and was selected into LegalOne's Deals of the Year - China 2024 (Outstanding Transactions and Cases in China Region 2024).
• Represented the client in a major and complex foreign-related bequest dispute case (with a subject matter of tens of millions of yuan), realized the client's claim of inheriting all the heritage in accordance with the will and obtained cross-border enforcement.

• Divorce and Property Division Disputes
• Represented the client in a complex divorce lawsuit involving equity division of multiple companies and disputes over corporate control for the founder of a family business (with the subject matter exceeding 100 million yuan).
• Represented a senior executive of a state-owned bank in a complex cross-border divorce dispute case, resolved issues regarding cross-border asset division and custody of foreign national children, and successfully promoted the case to reach a mediation.
• Represented a client manager of a state-owned bank in a post-divorce property dispute case involving high-value real estate, helping the client obtain ownership of real estate worth tens of millions of yuan. This case has been included in the Judicial Administrative Legal Service Case Database of China Legal Service Network as a classic case.
• Represented an entrepreneur in a divorce dispute involving the division of huge assets such as several sets of real estate, bank deposits, and equities.
• Represented the client in a post-divorce property dispute case, helping the client successfully recover the joint property of the couple that was arbitrarily disposed of by the other party and achieve a larger share of the property.
• Represented the client in a gift contract dispute case, successfully helping the client recover the joint property worth 10 million yuan that his spouse gave to a third party during the marriage.

• Inheritance Disputes
• Represented the client in a legal inheritance dispute case involving huge demolition benefits. The defense opinions and argumentative opinions were fully adopted by the court, and the court made an absolutely favorable judgment for the client, which was successfully executed.
• Represented the client in a legal inheritance dispute case, helped the client investigate various inheritances including stocks, funds, bank deposits, commercial insurance, etc., totaling nearly 50 million yuan. This case is a classic example of subrogation inheritance by the second - order heirs after the implementation of the Civil Code.

• Special Legal Services for Private Wealth Management & Inheritance
• Participated in the legal advisory service project in the field of private banking wealth management for China Construction Bank.
• Provided special legal services such as return of property gifted during marriage, agreement on spousal property, and inheritance of equity transfer for the actual controller of a well-known domestic listed company.
• Provided special legal services for equity division in divorce for a shareholder of a well-known domestic pre-IPO company.
• Provided special legal services such as pre-marital asset isolation, agreement on marital property, and guidance on divorce negotiations for bank executives, executives of state-owned enterprises and central enterprises, private entrepreneurs, and cadres of administrative organs and ministries.
• Provided legal advisory services on will making, asset planning and inheritance for core family members of the family office of a well-known pharmaceutical enterprise.
• Provided special wealth inheritance legal services such as estate inheritance and will making for high-net-worth clients of banks and shareholders of listed companies.
• Handled the equity inheritance matters of the former shareholder on behalf of a well-known domestic company.
