Ms. Siyu LIU’s practice areas mainly focus on development, construction and financing of cross-border construction projects. Ms. LIU has provided legal consulting and dispute resolution services to international and domestic owners and contractors across various sectors such as energy, petrochemical, infrastructure, real estate, pharmaceuticals, etc. for investment, financing and contracting matters in the Belt and Road projects and other cross-border projects, and has represented clients in international construction and commercial arbitration cases before ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, CIETAC, etc.
