• Represented Shenzhen Tencent Computer System Co., Ltd. in "Cross Fire" vs. "Crisis Action" game maps copyright infringement and unfair competition case, the first effective judgment in China for the infringement dispute of "skin replacement" of game maps, was awarded " China Business Law Journal 2022 Deals of the year " and "2021 Top 10 Cases of Intellectual Property Judicial Protection in Guangdong Courts".
• Represented Louis Vuitton Malletier in an unfair competition dispute against a KTV in Sichuan, was awarded as one of the "2018 Top 10 Cases of Intellectual Property in Sichuan People's Courts"
• Represented Louis Vuitton Malletier in trademark infringement lawsuit against a bar in Guangxi that obtained cross-class protection through recognizing Well-known Trademark, was awarded the "2017 Top 10 Cases of Intellectual Property in Guangxi People's Courts"
• Represented Louis Vuitton Malletier in trademark infringement lawsuits against a company in Fujian Province Putian city, was released by The Supreme People’s Procuratorate of "10 Model Cases in Criminal and Civil Overlapping in 2016 Involving IPR Protection by Procuratorial organs"
• Represented Louis Vuitton Malletier in trademark infringement lawsuits against a Leather Goods company, the claims were supported by Guangdong High Court, making breakthrough on recognizing Well-known Trademark only in cross-class protection.
• Represented Shenzhen Tencent Computer System Co., Ltd. in a data unfair competition dispute against a technology company inventing the substitute reading App that crawling a large amount of WeChat Official Account article data resources.
• Represented Shenzhen Yinger Fashion Group in a commercial defamation unfair competition dispute against a celebrity in China, all claims were supported by Courts, among which the commercial defamation compensation of RMB 3 million refreshed the amount of compensation in the field of commercial defamation in domestic at the time.
• Represented a famous dubber in China in his series of copyright infringement and anti-unfair competition lawsuits against the producer and publisher of an advertising film.
• Represented Shenzhen MTC Co., Ltd.in its case concerning SEP licensing on DVD disputes against a famous patent consulting firm of US and counterclaimed plaintiff in FRAND licensing terms determination case.
• Represented a machinery manufacturing company with precious metal precision casting process equipment in its invention patent infringement lawsuit against a high-tech company, and provide legal opinions on the invention patent protection and social marketing of products.
• Conducting legal research on patent prosecution strategy, technology licensing & transaction for a high-tech company concerning on mobile phone recycling in automated production line
• Providing legal advising services for utility model patent infringement disputes the company faced with during its A-share IPO. After conducting legal negotiation with competitors , Mr. Gong’s team removed obstacles pre-IPO.
• Represented a photoelectric company during re-financing as defendant in its invention patent infringement lawsuit, and successfully filed an invalidation declaration for the plaintiff’s invention patent and won invention patent infringement case.
• Conducting FTO survey and analysis for a bio-technology company regarding main products based on Hong Kong Stock 18A biotech listing rules, conducting due diligence on the target product competitors, and conducting search and analysis on related patents, organizing and coordinating team members to screen and analyze the search results, and making a patent infringement analysis.
• Represented Dongguan Zhixing Industrial Co., ltd. as plaintiff in trademark infringement lawsuits , was awarded by Guangdong High Court as “2022 Typical Intellectual Property Cases in criminal and civil overlapping”
