• Represented a foreign enterprise in an arbitration case concerning a dispute over the sale and purchase of mining equipment with a domestic state-owned enterprise.
• Acting for the lender in a difficult and complex civil lending dispute, appeared before the High People's Court of Henan Province and, by reorganizing the evidence and analyzing the arguments, changed the situation in which the original trial was completely lost, and obtained a verdict in favour of the High People's Court of Henan in its entirety, saving the client more than RMB 10 million in economic losses.
• Acting for a well-known health care company in an intra-family shareholding dispute, helping the client to resolve a shareholding dispute that had lasted for many years, avoiding an economic loss of more than RMB 30 million for the company.
• Representing a real estate company in a dispute with a general contractor over a construction contract, achieving a partial victory and reducing the client's economic loss by millions of RMB
• Acting for several private equity investors in their arbitration cases against private equity fund managers in relation to fund contract disputes and achieving successful outcomes.
• Represented a state-owned pharmaceutical enterprise in a series of contractual disputes with its distributors and partners, and won the case.
• Represented a nuclear radiation testing company and others in a number of disputes in the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China over technology entrusted development contract.
• Represented a bank in a number of its loan contract disputes.
• Represented a leading international cement company in an international arbitration case against a Mongolian company in a construction dispute at the ICC in Paris, France.
• Represented a construction engineering company in a series of construction contract disputes for the company.
• Represented a well-known actor in a number of online tort liability disputes.
• As a defence lawyer, participated in the criminal defence of Li in an unlawful detention case and obtained a non-prosecution result from the prosecution.
• Represented the first defendant in the criminal defence of a criminal case in Gansu involving gangsters and villains, and obtained a significant reduction in the defendant's sentence.
