• Served as legal counsel for Genzon Group’s acquisition of LG Chemical Co., Ltd. OCA Optical Division, including legal due diligence, revision and review of acquisition agreement, project negotiation, declaration of concentration of undertakings, project closing and other legal services.
• Served as legal counsel for a joint venture project in South Korea between a listed state-owned enterprise and its Korean partner LG Chem Co., Ltd., providing project negotiation, transaction structure design, issuance of opinions on Korean investment supervision, drafting and review of relevant transaction documents such as joint venture agreements and technology licenses, antitrust related consulting and other legal services.

• Acted as legal adviser of Xishan Coal and Electricity (Group) Co., Ltd. for the direct loan business of China Everbright Bank in Korea.
• Acted as Legal Adviser for Korea News Line Project, Asia-Pacific Branch of Xinhua News Agency.
• Acted as legal adviser of Chutian Technology Co., Ltd. in Korea labor law project.
• Legal adviser for divestment project of Guangdong Ruigu Optical Network Communication Co., Ltd. in Korea.
• Represented R New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and LG Chem Co., Ltd. in technology licensing projects, including: legal response to technology licensing matters; issued Chinese "patent stability analysis report"; Participated in the internal discussion on the project and negotiated patent cross-licensing with LG Chem Co., Ltd. (or its entrusted agent); reviewed the Patent Cross-licensing Agreement.

• Dispute Resolution in Republic of Korea
• Handled a case involving Korean trade secrets and injunction of non-competition for Huizhou H Company.
• Provided special legal services to the world's top 500 M Group photoelectric technology companies in civil disputes related to Korea (prohibition of competition, protection of trade secrets).
• Handled the case in which Chengdu Huajing Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. sued AJ WORLD Co., Ltd. of South Korea and obtained a winning judgment.
• Handled a civil lawsuit filed by Yantai B Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. in South Korea and won the first instance judgment.
• Handled a civil lawsuit filed by Changzhou W Tool Factory in South Korea and won the first instance judgment.
• Handled the case of Xiamen J Paper Co., Ltd. in a commercial arbitration filed by a Korean company in the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board and obtained a winning ruling on the jurisdictional objection.
• Handled a commercial arbitration case between Hong Kong I Stone Co., Ltd., V Industrial Co., Ltd. and Mr. Kim, the actual controller of South Korean K Company, involving USD 2 million and obtained a winning ruling.
• Provided legal services for 11 people, including Guan, to file criminal proceedings and civil damages suits against Cho and other 8 defendants in Republic of Korea, and to obtain the winning judgment of the second trial of civil litigation.
• Provided legal services for Jingshan X Industrial Co., Ltd. and Mr Xu in a criminal lawsuit for misappropriation of funds and a civil lawsuit for damages in South Korea with Mr Gai, Mr Park, and I Co., Ltd. (a Korean company) as defendants, resulting in Mr Park being sentenced to three years in prison and winning the first and second instance civil lawsuits.
• Provided special legal services for Jiaxing Liangyou Import and Export Group Co., Ltd. on the recognition and enforcement of two arbitration awards issued by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in Korea.
• Provided specialized legal services for Huizhou Tuobang Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. in the first, second and third instance cases concerning the recognition and enforcement of the award of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shenzhen) in South Korea. In just 10 months, we obtained a winning judgment from the Gimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court of South Korea, the Daegu District Court of South Korea and the Supreme Court of South Korea, and successfully recovered RMB 27.69 million in payment for goods for the client.

• Korean's investment in China
• Provided perennial legal advice to LB Investment Co., Ltd. in China investment business.
• Served as legal adviser for equity transfer dispute project of Daezhu Construction Co., Ltd. Yongcheng Dalong Shipping Co., Ltd.
• Legal adviser to the Korea Trade Promotion Agency's intellectual property project.
• Represented Chinese trademark registration cases of Korean companies in various fields such as pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics industry, garment industry, manufacturing industry.
• Korean company BARDOT's trademark invalidation case in China.Among them, 85 competitor trademarks are invalid, 29 competitor trademarks are not registered, and 6 competitor trademarks are revoked.
• Provided legal services on trademark objections, trademark invalidation, trademark infringement, and anti-unfair competition to many famous Korean brands such as MIGUHARA, CHERRYKOKO, and BARDOT.
