Mr. Ji Buyinnasen has over a decade of legal practice experience, specializing in litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution matters.   • Achieved a favorable outcome for the client in the case Zhang [Belizean resident] v. Xie, Shenzhen Aoxinlong Investment Co., Ltd., et al., a contract dispute heard by the International Commercial Court of the Supreme People’s Court. The case was included in the Supreme People’s Court’s official selection of Typical Cases Related to the Belt and Road Initiative.
  • Represented a development and construction company affiliated with a local government in an investment contract dispute exceeding RMB 100 million. The case was heard on appeal by the Supreme People’s Court, which ultimately reversed the lower court’s decision and rendered a favorable judgment for the client.
  • Achieved a favorable outcome for the client in the case Shenzhen Dafei Technology Enterprise Co., Ltd. v. Shenzhen Meidafei Investment Development Co., Ltd., et al., a contract dispute heard on appeal by the Supreme People’s Court.
  • Represented a securities company in a stock pledge dispute involving approximately RMB 120 million. The case was heard on appeal by the Zhejiang High People’s Court.
  • Advised China Reform Securities Co., Ltd. on a specialized legal matter.
  • Represented a central state-owned listed company in an overseas engineering project dispute and successfully obtained a payment suspension order over an independent foreign guarantee valued at approximately USD 180 million.
  • Advised a well-known enterprise in a dispute involving a nearly RMB 2 billion investment and equity repurchase arrangement with a new energy vehicle company and its actual controller.
  • Represented JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. in a dispute concerning the sale and quality of photovoltaic (PV) modules.
  • Represented a local government authority in a lease contract dispute involving approximately RMB 300 million.
  • Represented a local government in an administrative agreement dispute involving over RMB 100 million.
  • Advised a private fund subsidiary of a centrally administered securities firm on a dispute arising from an asset management plan.
  • Represented a private equity fund in an investment and equity repurchase dispute with a company and its controlling party.
