Mr.Wang is well versed in cross-border investment , mergers and acquisitions, cross-border project financing, contracts for the international sale of goods, international commercial arbitration and mediation. He has legal practice experience for more than 18 years, he served as a legal counsel for a sino-foreign joint venture enterprise of real estate and a domestic listed company concerning foreign affairs. His experience covers a variety of industries, including but not limited to the energy, real estate, manufacturing, electricity, machinery, and financial services.

- Contracts for the International Sale of Goods
- Advised a large domestic listed company in power equipment manufacturing and dealt its quality dispute with its German supplier based on an import purchasing contract concerning a delivery SAMPS cable management system, causing international guarantee claims (involving international commercial rules, called as URDG);
- Advised a domestic listed company and dealt its default claim of 319,000 US dollars with the buyer, a Malaysian company after signing the "procurement contract of static dynamic reactive power compensation device" between both parties.
- Cross-border financing
- Advised a domestic livestock enterprise's overseas financing project in Hong Kong.
