• Represented Zhou who was charged with fraud involving over 15 million yuan. After defense, he was acquitted.
• Represented Zhang who was charged with fundraising fraud. After the first instance with sentence of life imprisonment, Mr. Jin successfully defended him in the second instance, and he was reduced to an imprisonment of 12 years.
• Represented Zhu from Taizhou who was charged with organizing and leading a mafia-like organization, illegal mining, and illegally absorbing public deposits. Mr. Jin provided defense in both the first and second instances.
• Represented Shao, a district-level official from Hangzhou who was accused of accepting a bribe of one million yuan, during the first instance trial.

• Represented the client in the first case in Hangzhou involving the use of mobile phone dark deduction software for crime. The charge of theft was changed to illegal control of computer systems after defense, resulting in a reduced sentence.
• Represented the first case in Hangzhou involving a college student's "conditional non-prosecution" and retention of student status.
• Represented Qiu from Shaoxing who was charged with rape. After the first instance of sentence with an imprisonment of three years and six months, Mr.Jin successfully defended him in the second instance, and he was granted probation.
• Represented the client in the first case of illegal foreign exchange trading in Shanxi (supervised by the Ministry of Public Security). After defense, the charge was changed to illegal business operations, and the sentence was reduced by one year and four months.
• Represented Lu from ShaoXing who was charged with defrauding 50 million yuan using "non-sunshine deposits". After defense, his sentence was reduced to 15 years.
• Acted as the defense attorney in the first instance for a murder and dismemberment case in a certain district of Hangzhou.
• Represented two parties involved in a case of "endangering the prevention and control of infectious diseases" in the Raffles Mall in Hangzhou.

• Representation of Huzhou Wu in the case of issuing false invoices for tax deduction
• Representation of the actual controller of a company in Yiwu in the case of being accused of issuing false value-added tax special invoices. Through defense, the amount of the accusation was significantly reduced and the sentence was mitigated.
