• Represented Shandong High Speed Logistics Group Co., Ltd. in the case of  dispute over the entrustment contract with a Beijing company ( first instance in Shandong Higher People's Court, second instance in the Supreme People's Court)
• Represented Shandong High Speed Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd. in a case of   dispute over the sales contract involving 240 million RMB  with a Hebei  special steel company, and in the case of dispute over the sales contract involving 300 million RMB with a Qinghai group company and a Qinghai hydropower company (first instance and execution in Shandong Higher People's Court)
• Represented STAND THRIVE LIMITED (BVI offshore company) in the case of  dispute over investment guarantee contract involving 160 million RMB with a Shandong copper  company and other defendants (first instance in Shandong Higher People's Court)
• Represented the former Qingdao Huafeng Rural Cooperative Bank in the case of syndicated loan restructuring dispute involving 310 million RMB with a Qingdao real estate company and the dispute over financial loan contract (first instance in Shandong Higher People's Court and second instance in the Supreme People's Court)
• Represented Shandong Caoxian Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. in the case of the dispute over trust contract in conducting financial transactions involving 300 million RMB with a security company and a Chinese bank etc. (first instance in Shandong Higher People's Court and second instance in the Supreme People's Court)
• Represented Jinxin Fund Management Co., Ltd. in the case of arbitration and litigation disputes over corporate bond transaction contracts involving 400 million RMB .
• Represented Shandong Gold Group Co., Ltd. in the case of arbitration and litigation disputes over bill and factoring contract caused by investing in targeted asset management plan involving 600 million RMB with a group company and other defendants (more than 30 major and complicated cases crossing civil law and criminal law in multiple courts and arbitration commissions in China, including the Supreme People's Court)
