  • Advised Zhongyuan International Economic and Technical Cooperation Corporation on an arbitration case in France 

  • Advised Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. on the equipment contract dispute arbitration case against a Lyon-based company 

  • Advised client in acquiring shares of Italian Metallurgical Industry Group

  • Advised Chongqing Tianci Group on the acquisition of Castle Hotel 

  • Advised multiple clients on the acquisition of several Bordeaux wineries in France

  • Advised client on the acquisition of a US optical communications company

  • Advised a Chinese listed garment group on the acquisition of French Naf Naf Fashion Group

  • Provided overseas legal services for Chinese clients including the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Paris), nuclear energy companies, construction companies, machinery and equipment import and export companies, and steel companies
