WANG Maosong, as a managing partner and member of the Management Committee, joined Beijing Deheng (Jinan) Law Firm in January 2018. Before that, he worked for Guotai Leasing Company, Shandong Commercial Group, Lushang Real Estate Corporation, Qilu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and served as Minister of Legal Department/General Manager of Risk Department. He also designed and established the modern legal management systems for the four companies, promoted and implemented trial projects of company lawyers of Qilu Pharmaceutical and Lushang Group, which became the model for the trial projects of company lawyers in Shandong Province.
