• Qin, Zhongfeng is the Manager Partner of Deheng(Zhengzhou) Law Office.
• Prior to this, he also worked in Beijing Dentons Law Office and Henan Guozhan Law Firm.

• Mr Qin has extensive experiences in forming company’s legal-risk-preventing system, Legal Training, Contract Review, Company Process Design, forming the Protective System of Business Confidentiality, Adjustment of Company’s Management structure, Capital Investment &Financing, Asset Restructuring, Merger& Acquisition and the operation and legal study in Real Estate area.
