• Acted as legal counsel for Jinzhou Cihang Group CO., LTD. (000587), providing special legal services for administrative penalty and civil claim cases related to securities misrepresentation, with the case involving an amount of nearly RMB 6 billion.
• Acted as special legal counsel for Bank of China Limited Hainan Branch, assisting with matters related to the “15 Hainan Air” bonds, with a total bond issuance amount of RMB 3 billion.
• Represented Xiamen Aviation Development Corporation Ltd. in several major trade disputes, recovering hundreds of millions of RMB in losses for the client.
• Represented Bank of Fushun Co., Ltd. in a guarantee contract invalidity dispute with HNA Investment Group Co., Ltd., Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd., et al.
• Served as litigation representative for the equity transferor in the equity transfer dispute of Beijing Tsinghua Zhanxun Investment Management Co., Ltd.
• Represented Xiamen Port Development Co., Ltd. (03378) in handling its trust business dispute with Ping An Trust Co., Ltd., filing a claim for compensation on behalf of the investor for losses caused by Ping An Trust's failure to fulfill its duty of due diligence during the product sales and post-investment management phases.
• Represented Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. in a sales contract dispute with Oracle Corporation, securing the first victory in China for a Chinese distributor against Oracle Corporation.
• Acted as legal counsel for a large real estate group in a prolonged control dispute involving numerous lawsuits;
• Acted as legal counsel for Beidahuang Food Group Hebei Limited Company in several complex and difficult litigation cases.
• Acted as defense counsel for IPCO AB in the Chinese unfair competition dispute.
