Represented in "The First Case of Disputes between Chongqing Property Management Company and Residential Developer” before Chongqing High Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court, by which successfully recovered a huge service fee for the property service company
Represented in “the First Administrative Proceeding Taken Over by a Higher Court on Taxation Disputes in Chongqing” before Chongqing High Court, and exempted the principal from taxes and fines by several million yuan
Represented Mr. Wu in the dispute of loans and guarantee against Mr. Chen and etl. before Chongqing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court and Chongqing High Court, and successfully completely reversed the previous judgment and recovered more than RMB 10 million for the client

Represented Chongqing Nanfa Co., Ltd. in a dispute of group purchase contract against Chongqing Yuntian Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Lili Co., Ltd. before Chongqing No. 5 Intermediate People’s Court, and successfully claimed a liquidated damage of RMB 30 million from the two companies
In the enforcement case of “Lagoo Hyatt”, represented Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Chongqing Office to raise an objection of enforcement, successfully avoiding the execution of state-owned assets worth approximately RMB 50 million and obtaining the grant of the property ownership certificate to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Office Chongqing Office which avoided the loss of state-owned assets
