DeHeng Awarded the Mandate by Guangdong Kaiheng Private

In a recent announcement issued by Guangdong Kaiheng Private Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., DeHeng was awarded the mandate to provide legal services as an external counsel.

Guangdong TCM Healthcare Fund is jointly funded by CDB Capital Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Development Bank, and Guangdong Hengjian Holding Co., Ltd., a state-owned capital operation platform in Guangdong. With a total scale of RMB 30 billion and the first installment of RMB 5 billion, the fund is the first TCM fund initiated by the state-owned capital.

As the external counsel, DeHeng will provide comprehensive legal support for the investment and M&A, private equity funds, dispute resolution and perennial legal services for the client. DeHeng's Beijing Office and Guangzhou Office have set up a special team with primary support from partners Hou Zhiwei (Beijing), Li Jiahui (Beijing) and Yan Min (Guangzhou).
