Shenzhen Easy Connection Technology Co., Ltd. (EC), a leading CRM manufacturer in China, recently announced to complete the series D1 financing of RMB 100 million and with Genlink Capital as the lead investor, followed by JF Capital (Chinasoft International) and Red 13 Capital. In previous rounds of financing, EC had secured investment from Tencent, Yonyou and SAIF Partners. It is fast-tracking the D2 series of financing, and has started preparation for the domestic IPO.
