Dr. Li Wang is the principal founding partner and the Chief Global Partner of DeHeng Law Offices. With over 25 years of working experience, she is skilled in the coordination and handling of major and complicated legal affairs. She has served as general legal counsel for scores of Ministries of the PRC, state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises and institutions. Dr. Wang has played the lead role in legal services for over a hundred clients. Her profound experience in capital markets includes the reorganization of large scale SOEs, IPOs both in China and overseas, the issuance of corporate bonds, etc. She is an expert in providing consultation services to clients in their investment, M&A, risk management, major emergencies, as well as in dispute resolutions.
