DeHeng Assisted China Logistics Group in Completing a Contract Template Library for All Segments

Recently, the project team led by DeHeng lawyer Luo Shujian, leveraging extensive experience in building compliance systems for large enterprises, successfully assisted China Logistics Group Co., Ltd. in completing a contract template library covering all business segments. This marks a key step forward in the Group’s digital compliance management journey.

Faced with tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and complex business lines, DeHeng quickly assembled a dedicated service team of nearly ten professionals, with partner Luo Shujian as chief coordinator, lawyer Liu Yao as on-site coordinator, and primary support from lawyers Wu Wenbo and Li Jingjing. They worked efficiently under the model of “lead drafting, expert review, and full-process collaboration.” After more than a year of intensive work and multiple rounds of trial runs, the project achieved its objectives, delivering systematic and high-quality results.
