DeHeng Assisted in the Opening of China’s First High-Speed Rail Built Under the “PPP+EPC” Model

At around 9:00 a.m. on December 26, 2025, the inaugural train C3132 departed from Quzhou West Station, heading toward Hangzhou along the newly built Hangzhou-Quzhou High-Speed Railway, marking the official opening of the railway line. This creates a dual high-speed rail corridor connecting the two cities, with the fastest travel time from Hangzhou West to Quzhou West reaching just 73 minutes.

During the project construction, DeHeng Hangzhou formed a legal service team led by Director Ma Hongli, with primary support from lawyers Huan Wenxiang, Ding Yi, Li Xueping, Fu Weibo, and paralegal Wang Xinya.
