DeHeng Assisted China Logistics Group in Acquiring Controlling Stake in FAW Logistics

On December 23, a signing ceremony was held in Beijing for the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in FAW Logistics Co., Ltd. by China Logistics Group Co., Ltd. from China FAW Group Co., Ltd., marking a collaboration to advance specialized automotive logistics services.

China Logistics engaged DeHeng to provide full-process legal services including legal due diligence, transaction scheme design, transaction document preparation, and issuance of relevant legal opinions. Given the project’s tight timeline, heavy workload, and significant impact, DeHeng assigned lawyers Liu Jingjing, Qi Zhijun, Wang Mengying, Chen Mingjue, Guo Qianyu, and Han Xiaofei to form the service team, which was further divided into several groups operating in parallel or sequentially as needed.
