Recently, DeHeng successfully represented China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau Corp., Ltd. in a construction engineering contract dispute with a large real estate development company. After multiple rounds of negotiation and mediation, nearly RMB 400 million in rights were confirmed through a settlement agreement, effectively safeguarding the client’s interests.
