Recently, the highly anticipated China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway (“CKU Railway”) project achieved a major milestone, successfully securing a long-term concessional loan from China Development Bank and the Export-Import Bank of China, officially reaching financial close.

Mandated by CKU Railway Co., Ltd., the DeHeng team, led by Li Jiahui, director of DeHeng Law Offices (Macao Hengqin), with support from lawyer Yan Min of the Guangzhou Office and several lawyers specializing in foreign-related areas from the Macao Hengqin Office, provided efficient and high-quality professional services for this financing, contributing professional expertise to the smooth advancement of this flagship project.
