Recently, DeHeng Xiongan successfully served a local government on two ultra-long-term special treasury bond-financed water conservancy projects, with a total project investment exceeding RMB 7 billion.

The DeHeng team led by lawyer Lyu Erjun from its Xiongan Office addressed the specific requirements of these ultra-long-term special treasury bond-financed projects and the special conditions governing the use of such funds. Starting from the preliminary design stage, the team reviewed compliance requirements in accordance with applicable design specifications and budgetary estimation rules, covering the main body of projects, project planning, land use, construction, fund users, scope of use, conditions of use, standards of use, and usage procedures.
