Empowering Scientific Research and Development: DeHeng Headquarters and Branches Jointly Provided Pro Bono Legal Services to the Institute of Earth Environment, CAS

Recently, at the invitation of Academician An Zhisheng of the Institute of Earth Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences (“IEE-CAS”), Beijing DeHeng Law Offices assembled a dedicated team to provide pro bono legal services for a major asset replacement project of the Institute, leveraging professional legal expertise to assist the national-level scientific research institution in optimizing resource allocation and supporting its high-quality development.

Upon receiving the invitation, DeHeng rapidly pooled core legal resources from its Beijing and Xi’an High-Tech Zone offices and formed a dedicated team with support from lawyers Xiao Xiujun, Fan Yuhua, Song Huan, Guo Wanqi, and Cao Longxin, all possessing extensive practical experience in areas such as investment and financing, asset disposal, and compliance review. Several team members have long served the legal needs of scientific research institutions and are familiar with the particularities and compliance requirements of asset operations in such settings.
