DeHeng Guangzhou acted as special legal counsel for GAC Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. in its major equity acquisition of Dongfeng Honda Engine Co., Ltd., providing professional legal services including legal due diligence, transaction scheme review, drafting of transaction agreements, issuance of relevant legal opinions and due diligence reports, and assisting the project in successfully passing the anti-monopoly review of concentration of undertakings by the State Administration for Market Regulation.
