DeHeng Assisted Phrontline Biopharma in Completing USD 60 Million Pre-A+ Round Financing

Recently, Phrontline Biopharma, a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developer, announced the successful completion of a USD 60 million Pre-A+ round financing. The round was led by Lapam Capital, with participation from Samsung Venture Investment, CSPC Guofang Venture Capital Fund, Hankang Capital, Songqing Capital, Jifeng Ventures, SBP Group, and other prominent institutions. Existing shareholders Decheng Capital, MedFine Capital, and C&D Emerging Industry Equity Investment also increased their investments. DeHeng acted as legal counsel to Phrontline Biopharma, the financing party, in this round.
