First Creditors’ Meeting Held in Pre-Restructuring Case of Weihai Nanhai Shijie Real Estate Co., Ltd.; DeHeng Helped Revive a Stalled Project

On September 19, 2025, the first creditors’ meeting was successfully held in the pre-restructuring case of Weihai Nanhai Shijie Real Estate Co., Ltd. The case was co-led by DeHeng Jinan’s managing partner and partner Zhu Feng and partner Lin Nana, with lawyer Ma Yazhen serving as on-site coordinator, with support from lawyers Zheng Qingzhu, Yang Shiquan, Ma Longwu, and paralegals. The successful convening of this meeting laid the foundation for the approval and implementation of the subsequent pre-restructuring plan, marking that this stalled project, which had troubled the local area for years, is poised for revival through a “pre-restructuring transitioning into bankruptcy & restructuring” solution.
