Recently, DeHeng assisted a private equity fund manager in completing the registration of major changes whereby its controlling shareholder and actual controller changed to the actual controller of an A-share listed company.

Regarding the change of the client’s actual controller to the actual controller of a listed company, the DeHeng team comprehensively analyzed current laws, regulations, and regulatory policies, conducted a thorough assessment of compliance, and assisted the client in communicating with relevant parties. Ultimately, the registration of this major change was approved by the Asset Management Association of China, clearing the way for the client’s future normal business operations.
