On November 12, 2025, the shares of Zhongnuo Caring Pharmaceutical Development (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (“Zhongnuo Caring”) were listed and began public trading on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), with stock code 874832.
