DeHeng Secured a Relative Non-Prosecution Decision from the Procuratorate in a Case Involving the Suspected Crime of Evading Commodity Inspection

Recently, DeHeng Shenzhen handled a case involving the suspected crime of evading commodity inspection. After a careful review of the case files and an in-depth study of the evidence and applicable law, the defense team submitted several persuasive legal opinions to the procuratorate, ultimately securing a relative non-prosecution decision for all defendants.

The client had exported a certain type of chemical product without undergoing commodity inspection. The investigating authority classified the product as a hazardous chemical, and the uninspected export value exceeded RMB 3 million. The client was identified as the principal offender and the first-listed suspect.
