On October 30, 2025, the Supreme People’s Court published a reference case involving the bankruptcy & restructuring application of WM Motor Technology Group Co., Ltd. and three affiliated companies. This case was handled by Beijing DeHeng (Shenzhen) Law Offices as the legal counsel for the investor.
