DeHeng Successfully Represented Client in Loan Contract Dispute, Avoiding Losses Exceeding RMB 100 Million

Recently, a loan contract dispute case with an amount involved exceeding RMB 100 million, represented by partner Tian Runsu from DeHeng’s Beijing Office, achieved a complete victory after proceedings in the first instance, second instance, and retrial application.
