DeHeng Secured Victory in Case Representing Former Shareholder in Recovery of Unpaid Capital Contributions Dispute

The Supreme People’s Court issued the Civil Judgment (2025) Zui Gao Fa Min Zai No. 284, legally revoking the second-instance court’s ruling that had held the former shareholder liable for supplementary capital contribution obligations.
