In October 2024, the Beijing First Intermediate People’s Court ruled to approve the commencement of pre-reorganization proceedings for Dongyi Risheng Home Decoration Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002713.SZ). The selection of the reorganization investor was completed in September 2025.

DeHeng, as the special legal counsel for Chi Fu Alternative Investment (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., assisted it in becoming the reorganization investor for Dongyi Risheng.
