DeHeng Assisted in Issuance of China’s First Silver Economy-Themed Asset Securitization Product Incorporating Intellectual Property Rights in Data

On September 24, the Caitong-Hangzhou Binjiang Intellectual Property No.2 Tranche Asset-Backed Special Plan (Technological Innovation) was successfully issued. This project is the nation’s first silver economy-themed asset securitization product that incorporates intellectual property rights in data.

As the special legal counsel for this project, the DeHeng team, led by partner Yin Chuanzhi and with primary support from lawyer Yang Yu from its Hangzhou Office, worked closely with the manager and various intermediaries, and provided comprehensive, professional, efficient, and high-quality legal services for the issuance, including transaction structure design, screening of underlying assets, legal due diligence, drafting of transaction documents, and issuance of legal opinions.
