DeHeng Assisted Inovance Automotive in Listing on SZSE ChiNext Board

On September 25, 2025, Suzhou Inovance Automotive System Co., Ltd. (stock code: 301656) successfully listed on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE). In this public offering, Inovance Automotive issued 288,574,910 shares at a price of RMB 12.48 per share, raising a total of RMB 3.601 billion. The funds will be primarily used for the production of core components of new energy vehicles.

The listing represents a project where the ChiNext-listed company Inovance spun off a subsidiary for listing on the ChiNext board.
