DeHeng and DeHeng Law Offices (Hong Kong) LLP Jointly Assisted DAHON TECH in Listing on Main Board of HKSE

On September 9, 2025, DAHON TECH (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE) (Stock Code: 2543.HK). This public offering of DAHON TECH was oversubscribed by 7,558 times, setting a record for oversubscription multiples in Hong Kong IPOs.

As the PRC legal counsel for the issuer in this project, the DeHeng team was led by partners Liu Shuang and Huangfu Tianzhi from the Shenzhen Office, with primary support from lawyers Zhang Zhipeng, Li Xiang, Xie Xiaoli, Li Xinyu, and Li Ailing.
