DeHeng Mandated as Legal Advisor for State Grid Jibei Electric Power Co., Ltd.’s Compliance Management Integration and Enhancement Project

On August 16, 2025, DeHeng Law Offices (Nanjing) won the bid for State Grid Jibei Electric Power Co., Ltd.’s 2025 Compliance Management Integration, Enhancement, and Results Consolidation Project, serving as legal advisor to provide full-process professional services for the project.

Following the successful bid, DeHeng promptly formed a project team, with lawyers Wang Yuzhuo and Cai Dan serving as overall project leaders, with support from lawyers Zhao Miyue, Gao Doudou, Sun Jinyu, Liu Tongfei, and Tao Weijie. This project aims to further enhance the company’s compliance management capabilities based on its existing compliance system, through initiatives such as deepening compliance management in key areas and empowering compliance with digital and intelligent technologies. DeHeng will assist the company in identifying and addressing risks in key areas and critical processes, promote the establishment of frontline compliance demonstration mechanisms and compliant workshops/stations, create replicable and scalable compliance models, explore the application of artificial intelligence in compliance management, and make the company’s compliance management more effective and intelligent.
