Recently, the Shandong High People’s Court issued the Notice on Publishing Typical Cases of Integration of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Proceedings, releasing the top ten such typical cases from courts across the province. Among them is the enforcement-to-bankruptcy reorganization case of Shandong Liangshan Wanda Carbon Co., Ltd., undertaken by DeHeng’s Jinan Office.
