Recently, the Feixian People’s Court lawfully decided to initiate pre-reorganization proceedings for Shandong Changnuo New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and appointed DeHeng’s Jinan Office as the interim administrator. Gao Xiufeng, director and partner of the Jinan Office, served as the project expert advisor and partner Zhao Yu acted as the lead, with primary support from lawyers and paralegals including Shan Jin, Zhuang Xin, Xu Zinan, and Wei Min.
