DeHeng Partners with National-Level Innovation Platform Zhejiang Lab, Providing Professional Expertise to Empower AI Compliance Development

Recently, by virtue of its professional and efficient service capabilities, particularly its extensive experience in areas such as AI open-source initiatives and data compliance, DeHeng secured a partnership with Zhejiang Lab through a rigorous selection and evaluation process, achieving the highest score for its proposal. DeHeng will serve as the legal service provider for the open-source and open-access project. This collaboration marks another high-level recognition of DeHeng’s expertise in supporting national strategic scientific and technological forces and new-type innovation and R&D institutions.
To ensure the efficient progress of the project, DeHeng has formed a dedicated project team, led by Zhang Tao, the head of DeHeng’s Network and Data Research Center and a partner at the Beijing Office, with primary support from Wang Lei, a partner at the Hangzhou Office, and Jing Juanjuan, a lawyer at the Beijing Office, among other partners and lawyers.
The team has established a comprehensive, full-lifecycle compliance management system and mechanism covering compliance risk review, compliance risk prevention and control, risk assessment and rectification, project delivery, emergency support coordination, and efficient response handling, and employing a systematic legal risk identification framework, tailored compliance solutions, and dynamic optimization mechanisms, to comprehensively addresses compliance requirements across the entire business chain and throughout the process, including algorithms, models, and data in open-source initiatives, open applications, and cross-border activities. Additionally, the team is equipped to assist in addressing various unforeseen domestic and international risks, helping the client strengthen their compliance foundation in digital and intelligent development, thereby enhancing their compliance competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.
