DeHeng Assisted Insta360 in Listing on the SSE STAR Market

On June 11, 2025, Insta360 Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688775) listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STAR Market) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, becoming the first A-share in the intelligent imaging industry. For this initial public offering, the company issued 41 million shares at a price of RMB 47.27 per share, raising a total of 1,938.07 million yuan.
