Recently, the merger and reorganization case of nine companies, including Shandong Taifeng Energy-Saving New Materials Co., Ltd., handled by DeHeng’s Jinan Office, achieved significant results. The Intermediate People’s Court of Binzhou City ruled to confirm the completion of the reorganization plan and terminated the reorganization procedures.

This case, with its originality and typicality, was selected as a typical case of judicial service for the people and fair justice by the Binzhou Court in 2022.
